Episcleral Blanching with Gonioscopy-Assisted Transluminal Trabeculotomy (GATT)

Additional Notes: Length 00:26 (No Audio)

This is an excellent example of the episcleral venous fluid wave/blanching, which occurs during irrigaion/aspiration following angle-based glaucoma procedures. These include trabectome, GATT, 360-degree goniotomy/trabeculotomy etc.

In this case, note the patient has previously undergone DALK and was referred for recalcitrant secondary open angle glaucoma. (see related EyeRounds case http://www.eyerounds.org/cases/231-GATT.htm )
