Enhanced S-cone Syndrome

13-year-old female with molecularly confirmed enhanced S-cone syndrome with an NR2E3 mutation. Patient presented initially with light sensitivity and night blindness. Note the grayish hue extending from the vascular arcades peripherally and sparing the macula.
