Punctate epithelial erosions (PEE) in exposure keratopathy

This patient has exposure keratopathy secondary to thyroid eye disease and poor blink dynamics after upper lid blepharoplasty. Prominent punctate epithelial erosions are visible in the interpalpebral space using rose bengal stain.
