This 60-year-old woman with mantle cell lymphoma was found to have lymphoma metastasis to the choroid. The large, solid, lobular mass can be seen approaching the optic nerve. The mass had low internal reflectivity on A-scan ultrasonography. B-scan showed diffuse infiltration of the choroid becoming elevated near the optic disc. An associated retinal detachment can be visualized inferiorly. OCT shows a diffuse shallow retinal detachment with the irregular, "lumpy-bumpy" infiltration of the choroid.
