Vasculitis. At the time of these photographs, the patient had active vasculitis in the right eye while the left was inactive. He has prominent vascular sheathing and scattered retinal pigmented epithelium (RPE) changes. The fluorescein angiogram shows scattered leakage in the right eye and window defects in the area of RPE atrophy in the left eye.
