Photorefractive keratectomy (PRK)

This patient underwent photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) for myopia.  Mitomycin C was placed after the excimer laser ablation to reduce the risk of corneal haze formation.  Punctal plugs were placed at the time of surgery due to history of dry eye syndrome.
