DMEK Democratized (ILEB pre-stripped graft/Jones tube injector/SF6 tamponade)

Streamlined Iowa Technique for DMEK utilizing tissue pre-stripped by the Iowa Lions Eyebank, a modified Jones tube coupled to a syringe and SF6 for prolonged postoperative tamponade. This technique flattens the learning curve in DMEK and greatly improves the chance of success.
