Combined Phacoemulsification and Descemet's Stripping Automated Endothelial Keratoplasty (DSAEK)
72-year-old male with history of worsening blurry vision and glare found to have 3+ confluent guttae on slit lamp examination and 2+ nuclear sclerosis. He was diagnosed with Fuch's endothelial dystrophy and cataract and deemed a good candidate for combined surgery.
