T&T Cover: Tisseal and Iris Reconstruction Intraocular Lens

In this case, 9-O Prolene suture was used to secure an iris reconstruction intraocular lens to the sclera, but the knot would not rotate. Tisseel fibrin sealant (glue) was used to attach processed pericardium over the knot and also to close the conjunctiva.
