Mature Cataract, Very Poor View
84-year-old Micronesian woman, only able to see hand motions in each eye due to bilateral mature cataracts, bilateral dense superior lipid keratopathy, and extensive limbal stem cell deficiency with scarring after traditional herbal treatment for conjunctivitis in Micronesia. Exact etiology of scarring uncertain.
