Choroidal malignant melanoma in a "collar button" configuration

Choroidal malignant melanoma with disruption of Bruch's membrane and nodular eruption in a "collar button" shape. B-scan ultrasonography shows the peaked choroidal mass with adjacent exudative retinal detachment. A-scan shows low to medium internal reflectivity.
