An 8-year-old boy was evaluated for unilateral retinal vascular abnormalities. On exam, he had clusters of retinal telangiectasias (white arrows) in the far periphery with extrafoveal exudation (orange arrows). This is consistent with a diagnosis of Coats disease, stage 2A. "
