Fuchs' heterochromic cyclitis OD

The patient was a 42-year-old Caucasian male whose left eye was completely normal. The iris of the left eye was homogeneously brown. The right eye demonstrated Fuchs' heterochromic cyclitis: the eye was quiet; the posterior surface of the cornea had a scattering of fine KP - not seen in the photo. However, there is a question of 1 KP off the pupil margin at 3 o'clock in the photo. The iris has extensive but patchy iris atrophy areas. There are immature cataractous changes in the lens - right eye only.
