Kunkmann-Wolffian bodies

Kunkmann-Wolffian bodies are hypopigmented areas of peripheral iris stromal hyperplasia in patients without Down syndrome. They are clinically indistinguishable from Brushfield spots which are seen in individuals with Down syndrome.
