A 44-year-old pseudophakic female presented with progressive worsening vision after uncomplicated cataract surgery 8 years prior. The patient has a history of proliferative diabetic retinopathy with prior vitrectomy and developed cataracts early. On exam, there were thick posterior capsular opacities with a capsular block appearance and fluid noted beyond the intraocular lens.
