92-year-old female with history of non-exudative age-related macular degeneration presenting with large subretinal macular hemorrhage with preretinal breakthrough in the right eye. This was thought to represent either macroaneurysm or choroidal neovascularization; however, there was too much blockage on fluorescein angiography to distinguish the two causes.
