Alopecia totalis with loss of eyebrows and eyelashes
This patients alopecia totalis includes loss of scalp hair, loss of eyebrows, and loss of eyelashes (madarosis/milphosis). Some use alopecia universalis for loss of all body hair. Others use alopecia totalis synonymously with alopecia totalis.
