Cataract with Fuchs' heterochromic cyclitis

Cataracta complicata is an eventuality of Fuchs' heterochromic cyclitis. The photo demonstrates the posterior subcapsular stage. If permitted to follow its natural course, this cataract will most likely enter into the intumescent stage.
