Conductive keratoplasty (CK) is a refractive procedure in which regions of the cornea are heated to cause collagen shrinkage and change the corneal shape to correct mild to moderate hyperopia. This patient has multiple circular anterior stromal scars as evidence of his past conductive keratoplasty. Some of these scars are visible in these wide and narrow slit beam photographs.
