This posterior chamber intraocular lens became inferiorly decentered within the capsular bag. It was later surgically repositioned successfully.
A 68-year-old patient with VPS13B-associated Cohen syndrome presented with bilateral decentered intraocular lenses. Clinical features in this patient's case include retinitis pigmentosa, high myopia, early-onset cataracts, neutropenia, cognitive delay, and characteristic systemic findings. The patient is pseudophakic in both eyes with pseudophacodonesis and bilateral intraocular lens subluxation. Despite lens decentration, neither the patient nor family report significant recent visual decline.
