Until her retirement in July of 2018, she was the solo librarian for the C.S. O'Brien Library, University of Iowa Department of Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences. She has been literature searcher, information chaser, library manager, newsletter writer/editor, copy editor, and educator. If it has to do with information search, gathering, retrieval, organization, or presentation, she probably did it at one time or another. She was the Department of Ophthalmology's webmaster during the website's formative years from 1998 until 2016.
